Job Description

As a Product Implementation Specialist, you will work under the guidance of more senior team members to support product implementations across the MB&A product lines. You will work to implement the product and to develop parts of the implementation that cannot be completed through MB&A products via Salesforce declarative means. Although the Engagement Director is ultimately responsible for the company’s projects, you will work hand in hand with them to make sure all aspects of the project run smoothly and efficiently and assist with end-to-end implementations, business readiness and communications. The specialist works with various members of the project team and the client to develop estimated work items and support the needs of the project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participates and/or leads in gathering business requirements and specifications from clients

  • Analyzes both the user requirements and systems capabilities to understand the client’s business needs related to the software

  • Implement and configure the software (ExAM products) to meet the business requirements and support business processes

  • Understand the functional impact of various system configuration options and offer recommendations

  • Performs testing to ensure requirements are met, guides and supports clients through UAT (user acceptance testing) and go-live status

  • Provide system administration support of client-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to ExAM software, ExAM Configuration, user permissions, and hierarchy and security set-up settingsCollaborates with various team members and programs, including sales, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environments & ExAM supports client needs relating to functionality and performance of the ExAM product

  • Works within an Agile framework including leading sprints, daily standup meeting with clients/internal team, sprint reviews, sprint demos and backlog prioritization

  • Provides product demonstrations as needed (both internally and externally)

  • Collaborates with internal team: Engagement Director, analysts, developers, architects etc.

  • Build ExAM knowledge through training, self-directed research/testing and working with senior team members

  • Assist with client presentations and proposal creation as required

  • Self-motivated, creative and proactive. Willing to take on any task big or small

  • Desire to learn new skills and technology platforms

  • Comfort in using and learning in using digital tools (i.e. Hangouts, Slack, RingCentral, GoToMeeting etc.)

  • Reliable and secure equipment

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or ability to train & pass within first 6 months)

    Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering etc. or having worked 2 years of experience working in a technical role

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or ability to train & pass within first 6 months of employment)
