Erik Ballinger
Founder, 2011 – 2019

Erik was a naval aviator, flying EA6B Prowlers and F/A 18 Hornets in the United States Navy. In his 10 years of service, he was awarded numerous medals and commendations, with over 300 aircraft carrier landings. He flew for major airlines and served in senior management positions in the defense and aerospace industries.

He founded with MB&A with Josh Millsapps in 2011 while getting his MBA at the George Washington University. Erik was known for his dry sense of humor, active leadership and his dedication to his family. Erik passed away in December 2019 and is survived by his wife Christina and three boys.

Joshua Millsapps
Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Josh has spent more than 20 years working in management and technology consulting. Prior to MB&A he was a partner at Ironbridge and the founder of Response Consulting. He spends most days working with teams building the world’s greatest data collection and evaluation suite and building a world class organization capable of scaling to deliver it.

Alex Morrison
Chief Operating Officer

Alex brings more than 25 years of experience in operations, growth, and strategic partnerships in the telecommunications, media, education and workforce segments. Prior to MB&A, he was President of CAEL and SVP of Strategic Partnerships at Strada Education. Alex oversees MB&A’s operational and business development teams.

Sean Parker

Sean has more than 20 years of experience in supporting the development of digital experiences that are built with humans in mind. He is the ExAM product owner and leads the ExAM Product and Quality Assurance teams.

Kerry Dolch
Senior Cloud Architect

Kerry has more than 20 years of technology experience. She has spent most of the last decade supporting and leading Salesforce projects. She is currently responsible for delivering MB&A’s support of the Department of Veteran Affairs Digital Transformation Center.

Lauren Rago

Lauren has more than 20 years of experience including a myriad of leadership roles in technology. She is currently responsible for all of MB&A’s internal systems and technologies.

Bradley Hilker
Director of Business Development

Bradley leads MB&A sales efforts across our public sector team and within strategic accounts. He also leads MB&A’s partnership with Salesforce on the sales side in order to harmonize our go to market strategy with Salesforce account teams.

Robert Chadwick
Customer Success Executive 

Robert manages our client success and help desk teams at MB&A. This is a big job and Robert and his team keep our clients happy by continuing to support their problem-solving through our technologies.
